Challenges Across the Net
What a thrill—we have even more sites getting involved in hosting card challenges!
Hero Arts: Tis the Season to Give
Jennifer McGuire (stamper extraordinaire!) is hosting a card challenge on the Hero Arts Blog this week! Holiday cards should be uploaded to Flickr, and sent to Jennifer to collect. She’s offering up a chance to win great Hero Arts stamp set — not only to producers of cards, but you get a chance at a set if you read through her whole post and leave a comment! How generous is that! Cards due to Jennifer by Sept 30 to qualify for the prize.
Splitcoaststampers: Cards for a Cause
Our wonderful friends over at Splitcoaststampers are starting something new and exciting — Cards for a Cause! In honor of the anniversary of 9/11, they have chosen our deployed heroes to be their first recipients, and will be sending their cards to CFH! The challenge runs all month, and the details are listed here. If you’re a Splitcoaststamper, be sure to pass the word to your circle of friends over there and see how many cards can be sent in during the month-long challenge! Cards due Oct 2 to the address listed on their post.
If you would like to offer up a challenge on a blog, message board, forum, or other method, feel free to email us for ideas or help:
You can receive mailed-in cards yourself…then mail them to a shipper, or mail them on to a hero yourself (they can still count as CFH cards if you send them out yourself, email us for details);
OR
You can let your participants mail them to all of our shippers with a “code word” written on the package. All of our shippers track donations carefully, and CFH can provide you with names/addresses/quantities etc for shipments labeled with your code word so you can track them and send out prizes.
